Rachel's Coconut Flan/Flan de coco

4 huevos
1 lata de leche de coco
1 lata de leche evaporada
1 lata de leche condensada
1 cucharadita de vainilla
1 pizca de canela
Verter mezcla : sobre el caramelo ( hecho con azúcar y canela , en bandeja)
Distribuir :1/2 taza de coco rallado (de manera pareja sobre la superficie del contenido)
Hornear en baño de María
50 minutos a una hora a 400°F
Reposar fuera del horno por medía hora y cuajar en la nevera por 3 horas.

Coconut Flan
4 eggs
1 can of coconut milk
1 can of evaporated milk
1 can of condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pinch of cinnamon
Put Caramel -made with sugar and cinnamon- on tray.
Pour mix on hot cinnamon caramel.
1/2 cup of shredded coconut (evenly on the caramel)
Bake for 50 minutes to an hour at 400°F -using the Bain Marie technique.
Leave out of the oven for half an hour
Place  in the refrigerator for at least  3 hours.

When someone in our family is sick , we are a sick family.
When we have someone we love diagnosed with Autism , we are all touched by it. When our friends and family are living a gluten-free lifestyle , because of Autism or Celiac Disease , we are all affected by it.
